6 weeks ago my sciatica came back with a vengence, So much so that I had to stop exercising but kept my diet good, luckily for me my weight stayed the same Yay!
Today I felt well enough and started my 30min total body workout video and I am aching lol.
As I am going to keep up with it then I can start my resistance bands, kettle bell and sand bag routine but want to build my muscles up a bit for a week, with the pressups that are in the video!
