Been doing a 30 min cardio video for 5 weeks every single day, with resistance bands and sand bags, lost 10 inches and 12lbs feeling great and dieting for 6 weeks.
I have So much more energy.
I know I am very overweight and it will take time but I am proud of what I have achieved, because I have so much to lose people may not see the change but I do and so excited as I have never exercised every day before on a diet and I am doing quite well! Yay me 😀😅
