Healthy pancakes:
Double for a bigger family
1 Cup flour
1 cup skimmed milk
1 egg
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp lemon
4 tbsp sweetner
Around 140 calories per pancake
Mix the Flour and baking powder and sweetener in one bowl. In another bowl mix milk, egg and lemon. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir only until mixed in properly. Cook in frying pan at medium heat around 2 mins each side! Best served with real maple syrup or fresh fruit.
