scaring children is not cool, this is going on all over the world and in Wales including my town Llanelli. By a near by childrens play area!
Clowns used to be the fun aspect of children partys not anymore some are the out to scare children, I feel sorry for those making an innocent living out of being a clown, those poor people might now get tarred with the same brush!
