Ingredients-
150g butter
150g plain flour
4 tbsp honey
3 medium eggs
1 tsp baking powder
75g blueberries or 75g choc chips
Method-
Preheat your oven to 200 deg C/400 deg F/gas mark six. Melt your butter and honey in a small pan over a low heat. Sieve your flour and baking powder into a large bowl and stir in your warm liquid. Beat your eggs then stir them in. Very gently fold your blueberries or chocolate into the mixture. Take your muffin cases and place a generous spoonful of your mixture into each one. Then bake for about 20 minutes until risen and golden on top.
