Today is wednesday and the two children are at home, our son has a bad tummy and our daughter is getting over a spinal operation.
Our groceries are going to be delivered today from ASDA. It is due anytime now.
We have bought loads of fresh salad etc.
Today we are making Venison Burger salad (Video) for the high protien and i am having a vindaloo (Low Calorie version!).
