sorry didn't post last night was tired so had an early night, yesterday night for dinner we had pasta = 147 calories , reggae reggae chicken breast = 170 calories and veg = 31 calories

for breakfast this morning i had 40g of porridge oats = 270 calories

and for lunch today i had chicken roll and cheese slice toasties = 616 was hungry but still well within my calories!

going go to my exercise soon, will check back with you after dinner tonight!
