this morning i had shreddies 40g with 125ml milk, = 198 calories

then mid morning i went on the exercise bike and went 4.34 miles in 12.43 mins and burnt 258 calories

then i had a reduced fat chocolate orange rice cake = 93 calories

and for lunch i had a turkey salad baguette = 275 calories

having a really good day,

for dinner i had 100g chips 158 = calories and 2 1/4lb burgers = 440
